Salim Alameddin joined Crossroads Strategies following three years of government service in the Texas delegation. Salim brings knowledge and understanding of both Chambers of Congress to Crossroads Strategies, having started his career working for Senate Majority Whip John Cornyn (R-TX) before spending 2017 in the House of Representatives with Congressman Will Hurd (R-TX).
His areas of expertise include trade, tax, financial services, tribal issues and health care, having worked primarily on issues under the jurisdiction of the Senate Finance Committee, the Senate HELP Committee, the House Ways & Means Committee, and the House Energy & Commerce Committee.
Before being hired by Senator Cornyn, Salim graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. Salim is originally from Houston, TX, where he attended Strake Jesuit College Preparatory.
