Sally Adams is a Vice President at Crossroads Strategies, LLC. Prior to joining Crossroads, Sally served as a Federal Policy Associate at Sixkiller Consulting, LLC, where she focused on immigration, visa reform, defense and foreign affairs. Previously, she practiced law at a civil litigation firm in Seattle, Washington, where she represented individuals and companies in both state and federal courts.
Before practicing law, she served in the Office of Congressman Jim McDermott (D-WA), where she supported the legislative staff on immigration policy. During her time in law school, she represented a client in removal proceedings at the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma, Washington, and secured a favorable outcome for her client at trial.
Before law school, she worked “across the pond” as a parliamentary researcher for a Senior Member of the House of Commons in the British Parliament. She also spent time as an English teacher at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
Sally’s political activities include having served on the Hillary For America voter protection team in Cleveland, Ohio in 2016. Additionally, she is an active participant in an all-women’s network, hosting monthly fundraisers for Democratic women Members of Congress.
Sally graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in Political Science and earned her J.D. at Seattle University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Washington State.
